Our menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients, with produce delivered daily from small businesses in and around Gauteng. Each dish is crafted using mindful techniques that honour both flavour and the environment. While our menu caters to a range of tastes, guests are welcome to speak to our Executive Duty Manager or on-duty Chef for personalised options.
